Postnatal Yoga 5 Video Series

This postnatal practice series will focus on opening tired and tight areas of the body associated with being a new mum as you also work to strengthen core, pelvic floor and supporting muscles to aid in your body’s recovery.  Rest is also a keep part of a postnatal practice - a time to give yourself permission to slow down, nourish from within and mother the amazing mother that is you.
